Slack Integration Help

I have successfully integrated this to a Slack channel, and the test notification worked perfectly. But I have since received 7 new submissions to my form, but none of them have initiated a Slack notification.

To clarify, you haven't received any slack notification upon form submissions, right? Kindly check if your Slack's Dekstop notification is enabled. If not, please do enable it, then submit a test form and check if you are getting slack notifications now.
