Hello, my form is an internal company store for promotional goods. I'd like to give options for cash, check, and charge department in addition to PayPal. Cash, check and charge department simply need instructions and then to be submitted via email, however the submit brings the user to PayPal no matter what. I've read through many previous posts about this and can't quite understand how to fix on my form. Your advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I have checked your form and noticed you have used the PayPal payment field to set up the products, that's why the form redirects to PayPal upon the submission.

Instead, you will need to use regular fields on your form to display the products and manually calculate the total, then you can pass the total to PayPal and show the field if the user selects this payment field, the form will redirect to the payment page as long as the payment field is filled and visible.

Here are some resources that will help you:

    1. You may use the Inventory widget to display the products and allow users to select a quantity, this widget supports images as well, here is the direct link: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/inventory

    2. This guide will help you to perform the calculations, if you would need product options such as color, size and the like, you may use a dropdown field for that, if you require to change the prices according to the selections, you can also set calculation values to the options and include them on the calculation as well. Here is a guide that will provide you more details about how to perform calculations: https://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget

This guide will help you to assign calculation values: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

    3. Once you have the total, you can pass the amount to the payment field, this guide will help you to do so: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

    4. You can also ask the user the payment method and either show instructions if it's different from PayPal or show the PayPal field, this guide will help you to set up the conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

    I hope this helps.
