Not receiving email notifications

    I have set up my organizations forms to send an email with the submission attached as a PDF each time the form is filled out. We have found that periodically, no email is sent, even though we can confirm that the form was sent by logging in to Jotform and finding it in the submissions. Is there a way to guarantee that an email will be sent every time?

    Are you referring to the email notification? May we know the email recipient that's not getting the email notification so we can check our email logs?
