We were receiving email notifications up until a few weeks ago...
Now there are none..
One of the "Jotform" support steps was to change a setting to email@example.com
But that is not listed as an option on the pulldown menu.. (See screen shots)
FYI: We have 2 forms..
One on our normal site, and one on the "mobile" version of the same site.
Both were sending notifications to the same email.
Niether is coming through now.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.Page URL:
