Upload space: Unable to reset the upload space limit even after deleting the submissions

    I received a notice that I was over my data limit yesterday and I deleted a bunch of submissions and was turned off today regardless. How can I get this resolved.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the inconvenience, Could you please check your form "trashed entities" folder. You can access it by clicking your form then selecting submissions:

    After that click the dots on top and select trashed entities, I believe the deleted submissions in the form "Daily Progress Report Search " are still in your trashed entities folder.

    I cleared the trash folder yesterday and still am locked out.
