    Hi there,

I testing out the integration with google forms and jotform and accidentally imported all of my old forms from my Google account. Now I'm out of submission storage, but worse, it looks like the submissions and data from my first Jotform was deleted. Can you please help me asap? Thank you!!

    Hi,

Can you try deleting all the old submissions that you do not need?

Removing submissions that are over the limit should fix the issue, but if it doesn't can you please provide the name or the link of the form that you are looking for?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, that did not fix it. This is the form link: https://www.jotform.com/sarah.sampino/audiobooks-unleashed-production-agr

The submission and storage has also still run out for the month. If it's possible to retract that, I'd really appreciate it!

    Thanks,

    Sarah

The forms that you have deleted still reside in your account's Trash folder.

You may need to remove the forms entirely from your account to free submissions storage space. Please be aware that "purged" forms are irrecoverable.

If you need to back up the submissions, you can download it first before purging the forms. You need to restore the forms first to download the submissions.

     Hi Mike,

Thank you for sending that. I have now purged the forms that were integrated from Google Drive, but the original Jotform previously made (which was never deleted) still does not show any of the original 22 submissions.

The # of forms space has been put back to normal upon purging those Google forms, but the submission limit has still been maxed out since it uploaded hundreds of submissions from those Google forms (which have also been purged). Is there a way to bring back the previous submission amount? I believe only about 5 submissions were made.

    Thanks for your help,

    Sarah

    Greetings,

I have recalculated your account's submissions, would you mind checking again?

    Hi Lorenz,

Thank you, the submission limit is back to normal! However, the original form submissions are still not there. It isn't the end of the world if they can't be retrieved, but definitely preferable if possible.

    Thanks,

    Sarah

    Hi,

You can review the submission sent an email of your form in your sent email history logs. The submission notifications should appear there and you will be able to view them.

You can try the  Revision History tool and revert your form to a previously saved point. It will restore the previous submission data as well.
