the repeat prescription requests are being sent to Jotform but not onwards to email address

    This form has been working great for a few years, but since the weekend, the repeat prescription requests are going to Jotform but are not being forwarded to orchardcourtreception@nhs.net as previously. Please help...

    Hello!

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I went ahead and removed that email from our bounce list so that should fix the issue. If you have other email addresses in your account that are having the same issue, please let us know so we can check. Thanks!
