Pricing information for our Fire Department

    I was trying to figure out how pricing would work for our fire department. Would each member have to pay the monthly pricing. Would one Gold cover our entire department? Thanks for your help.

    Choosing a relevant pricing plan depends on your department's exact needs. However, two main limits to consider are Monthly submissions and Upload space:

    The monthly submissions limit is about the number of submissions you can receive on a monthly basis (approximately how many times your forms would be filled out per month). Upload space refers to forms that use a file upload field. The submissions can have file attachments on them and these files will take up the "Upload Space" limit. 

    If each department member wants to have their own account where they will only maintain their forms and submissions, then they should create their own Jotform account and subscribe desired pricing plan (monthly or annually). 

    However, if it works for your department, you can have one main account with subscription to a relevant paid plan and create all your forms there. Then if different members want to have access forms and submissions, they can have Jotform account with a free plan and you will:

    1) add them using a form collaboration feature, so they will be able to edit/modify forms:
