Can not login to my acount: it's now spinning and won't let me login after tried several times.

    Hi,

    I have our silver plan account that user name is wsdisplay.

    I recently changed the password.

    I think the email address that connect to this account is web@wsdisplay.com, but I don't get the reset password link when I requested.


    I tried to login today, but it's now spinning and won't let me login after tried several times.


    Please advise.

    Greetings,

    An account with username wsdisplay is created using email address info@wsdisplay.com. I can confirm that you have recently changed the account password (2020-06-23 18:04:11).

    Could you please try to log in using a different browser or another device and check if the issue still persists?
