HIPPA compliance confirmation

    Can you confirm we are now HIPPA compliant? I confirmed the account on this end.

    Can you also confirm that the forms that were created prior to this are HIPPA compliant? Or do they have to be re-created? (Hopefully not!)

    Greetings Cindy,

    I've checked your account and it's under SILVER subscription, however HIPPA Compliance is not enabled yet. HIPAA is included with your current plan, thus you just need to enable it from your account settings.

    To enable HIPAA Compliance on your account, please follow instructions given in this guide below:

    Once you will enable HIPAA Compliance, you won't be required to make any changes to your existing forms. Your forms and form submission data will be moved to our HIPAA servers automatically.
