Images do not show up in email for submissions.

    When a form submission is made, I have the automated email set to send uploaded files as attachments in the notification. At the moment, when I receive a form submission, a link is provided that leads to a broken page, saying that the file is unavailable.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Can you share with us a screenshot of the page you are getting when trying to access the files, please?

    If you are accessing the files on a browser where you are not logged in the Jotform account your form is under, please make sure that this Privacy option of your account is unchecked.

    When I attempt to open the image from my emails, I'm brought to this screen. For the time being, I've elected to use a third party image upload service, which provides a link to the image that I can view, but I'd prefer to just have the image attached to the email when a submission is made.

    Hi there,

    I checked the email logs and I was able to view the attachments. Does the issue occur on a single email notification or on all of your notifications?

    Please share with us the specific email notification so we can check it.

    It might have been an issue with the upload.

    I can view the attachments in the JotForms inbox, I'm unable to view the attachments in my personal email when I have a notification that a submission was made, as well as in the confirmation email received by the person who made the submission. I'd prefer to be able to use my personal email that I use for correspondence with clients rather than using the JotForms email. When I open an email in my Gmail app notifying me of a submission, the images are added as a link rather than an attachment, and that link sends me to the screen above.

    Hi there,

    I was not able to replicate the issue after cloning the form, Can you use a different email provider to test out if you can view the attachments?

    I will also clear your form cache so let us know how it goes.
