Hi,
Thank you for reaching Support.
I've cleared your forms' cache and it's displaying correctly now.
Can you please confirm if this is still an issue? If it is, try clearing your browser's cache or viewing the form in incognito mode.
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

(it’s a long form I guess) it finally came through unencrypted. Am I
supposed to have to enter the encryp key each time I log back in to view
submissions? Just want to make sure it’s encrypted , being it’s a medical
form. Thanks!

Glad to know it worked now.
You should be asked to provide the key only once as long as you use the same browser and device since the decryption key is saved on the browser's cache (locally).
If you need further assistance, let us know.

It should not take too long, I can see you have two forms and both of them are currently encrypted, they do not have many submissions thus should not be taking too long.
May you please let us know if this happens with both forms?
Also, kindly check the console report, under the network tab and share us a screenshot about it, this guide will help you getting the console: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers
Looking forward to your response.
