Do files only upload upon submit?

A user reported that they tried to submit it several times but was redirected to an error page. She did not indicate what the error was.  I was not able to replicate the issue, but I'm wondering if her attachments were too large.  I have 3 questions to that point.

    1. There are several opportunities to add attachments on this form.  It looks like they all upload upon submit.  Could it time out or error out if the attachments are over a certain MB in size?

    2. We use the tabs widget because it's a really long form.  When submitting, it takes the user to an earlier tab while uploading the attachments.  Is there a better way to handle that?  It looks like it isn't doing anything if you don't look at the status bar at the bottom of the browser.  Can it give a larger message that it's uploading, please wait?

    3.  Are there any places we would be able to see any errors that may have occured during submission?  We do have "Save and continue" enabled, but not everyone uses it.

    4. The last issue is a strange message that appeared on the front end of the form.  I don't see it while editing the form though.  It reads "Please Run The Wizard".  I'm not sure what this is referring to.  It's on the last tab just before submit.  See screenshot below, and advise how to get rid of it or fix it.

To avoid confusion and mixed up with answers, I'll be moving #2 to #4 questions on a different ticket. I'll address your #1 question on this ticket.

1). There are several opportunities to add attachments on this form.  It looks like they all upload upon submit.  Could it time out or error out if the attachments are over a certain MB in size? — Depending on the file size you are uploading on each file upload field, normally it shows percentage on the lower left of your browser of how much it has already uploaded the file into the form. It delays the submissions if those files are not yet completed.
