Not all submissions recieved

    Hi guys,
    I have emailed before about this but it was never resolved. Its looking like we are getting most of our emails come to us but a few every now and then arent actually getting to us. They are submitted and showing as sent but not coming into our inbox. Is there anything we can do to sort this? Its not limited to the one form either so I cant even say if its just a certain one as I have had them in a few different ones now.

    Have you whitelisted our IP address?

    I would suggest you set up an SMTP sender email so that emails would be sent from your own server and it would not depend on JotForm servers.

    To setup SMTP email as a sender.
