Why isn't it showing submitted?

    I just had a young lady fill out my form to submit her application and it's showing that it's pending. Why is that?

    Is your form embedded on any website?

    The "a verification request is already in place"  error is normally related to the Square account not yet activated

    Can you please double check on your Square account dashboard to confirm that your account was activated already.

    Could you please check if there is any request already place and try accepting it using the article below:
