Hello, I created a form from a PDF. Can I make this form encrypted? I am collecting credit card info for recurring payments for music lessons: https://form.jotform.com/201747988140058

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, it seems that the Encrypt Form option is not available with the PDF converted online forms.

I'm forwarding your concern to our developers to confirm this.

Can I make the PDF form a regular form - i.e. separate it from the PDF?

That is not possible. You can only disable the Original PDF Document.

If you need a regular form, you will need to create it from scratch.

Also, please note that you can not collect credit card info with plain text fields, as this is against our Terms of Use. If you want to collect payments, you need to use one of our Payment integrations. You can charge the users on a later date, by enabling the payment authorization.
