Duplicate emails

    We keep getting duplicate submissions. All completed forms are sent to two different emails, and only the one keeps getting duplicates. I've cleared the cache numerous times, and even re-set up my settings so it doesn't go to the second email, and then when I set it up so it does again, I continue to get duplicates. Sometimes duplicates come minutes apart, other times it's hours. Is there some way to stop this?

    Hi - Apologies for the inconvenience.

    I believe you're referring to this form 51334192205143. I can see that there's indeed duplicate submissions.

    Could you please confirm what devices your customers' use (i.e Mobile, Desktop)? We will try to reproduce the issue on our end.

    Meantime, kindly set your form's Browser AutoComplete to No so your form fields will be blank in case your user refreshed the page right after submission.1592969522set to NOx Screenshot 10
