Not alway receiving autoresponder and notifications.

    are there any problems with sending autoresponder and notification emails?

    Because since last week emails were not sent reliably to the recipients.

    e.g. in our form we've got 1 autoresponder and 3 notifications. Sometimes the autoresponder is sent and sometimes it is not. The same with the notifications. Sometimes they all were sent, sometimes only one or two of them. I even tried various settings. But couldn't solve the problem since yet.

    in email history are all the emails defined as 'sent' (screenshot)


    But no email were sent. Microsoft support asked me to check if you support TLS 1.2 or above.

    Could you please confirm that you do so.

    Have you an idea to solve the problem?

    I did check your form and it seems you're using your own SMTP server in sending the notification/autoresponder email.


    I would suggest you check the mail logs in your email server.
