Which element or widget would allow me to populate a list that the user could pick one, that would sync with Airtable?

You can download your Airtable data in excel or csv and then use the Spreadsheet to Form Widget. You will be able to prepopulate your form with the data from the Spreadsheet.

But the data that comes from the spreadsheet form widget does not transfer to AirTable, am I right about that or am I doing something wrong with the widget?

    Hi,

Yes, you are correct it's not possible to integrate the Spreadsheet to Form widget to Airtable.

If you would like to transfer the data on the Spreadsheet to form widget to Airtable, it requires a little workaround. First, you would need to add a basic field element (e.g. Short Text Field) after the widget:

Then create a condition to pass the value of the widget to the Short Text Field:

    For reference: How-to-Pass-Field-Value-to-Another-Field

In this way, you can copy the widget data to a Short Text Entry or Long Text Entry and then pass that field to the Airtable.

I hope this helps. Let us know if it didn't meet your requirements.

Looks like a good answer but that widget does not exist. The widget icon is the same as is the Calculation function  but there is no form update function there or in other widgets

This is the dialogue box I get - no boolean options to choose

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching Support.

My colleague was referring to the Conditional Logic, that you can use to pass the values from one field to the other. Note that this is different from the Form Calculation widget.

You may refer to our How to Pass Field Value to Another Field guide for more related information.

Please give it a shot and let us know how it goes.
