Account has exhausted its payment limit

    Hi there


    I upgraded to Bronze on Monday but my offering is proving way more popular than I expected and I am at 80 subscribers. Can I go to Silver by paying just the difference rather than having to pay for another full month again?

    You have received 83 payment submissions this month so this is the reason that the payment limit is going to exhaust. You have a limit to receive 100 payment submissions.

    You may check the limits from the usage section of your account:

    To upgrade the account please refer to this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

    Once you upgrade to the Silver you would be charged the difference amount.

    We can also cancel your current subscription and provide a refund of the amount so that you can subscribe to the Silver subscription from fresh.

    Thanks for your reply - I'd like to upgrade to Silver please - can you send me a link to pay the difference? Or, how do I do it?

    I didn't expect to hit 83 subscribers in 2 days :-)

    Hello Norha, I have checked your account subscription and you're on the Silver plan.

    The system has pro-rated your subscription upgrade from Bronze monthly to Silver monthly.

    In which you have only paid the difference for the upgrade to Silver.

    There is no refund for this case as the subscription was pro-rated.
