Way to use sort order or selected files only for import to PDF Editor

Hi--

Is there a way to send only selected submissions to the PDF editor? Or to import in a sort order by a field other than the Unique ID?

The field I would like to sort by is "I would like my piece to be considered for the Instant Gallery Critique"

Sorry, but as far as I can see, sorting is not available on PDF Editor. But you can choose what fields you want to show on the PDF document.

By default, when you create a PDF document, all filled fields will show up. You can manually delete the fields that you do not require on the PDF document.

I checked your form, and this field "I would like my piece to be considered for the Instant Gallery Critique" is hidden on the form. So it will not be filled and hence will not show up on the PDF document too:

You will need to Show this field on the form - disable the Hide option from the field's properties.
