Jotform emails going to junk

    Hi Jotform


    A lot of the Jotform emails we receive go into the junk folder and no matter how many times we click on "not junk" in settings they are still going in.


    Is there a fix for this?

    What we would recommend in this case is you try to set up an SMTP for your form, this will help make your email sending more reliable and avoid sending them to Spam mails, please see the following link for the complete details and instructions on how to set it up.
