Ability to email/share survey form to multiple recipients using a .csv file that cointains email list

    Hi Team!
    I have a question, I want to email my form (a NPS survey) to multiple recipients (instead of max 5).
    I see i can share the form, but this gives me altmost no possibilities to tweak the message. With composing an email I can customise my message far more (especially with using custom HTML).

    a) Did I oversee something an is this already possible?
    b) Is there maybe a 'hacky' way to use import recipients via .csv for sending a email
    c) is this suggestion already on your roadmap? And when is it likely to be shipped?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to send the Email for more than 5 recipients. That limit is set and cannot be increased.

    You can try sending the form URL to multiple users directly from your Email address, which would allow you to send the email to as many recipients you require I believe.

    The Email that is composed can be customized with custom HTML, you need to select the source code option:

    I can put in a request feature for you to the option to add Emails from a .csv file if you would like. I would like to state that since there is a limit of 5 Emails I do not believe that uploading a CSV file with the Email addresses would be of any benefit.

    Thank you for your quick response. Indeed uploading a .csv will only make sense if there is not a max of 5 emails :)

    So I'd think we need to move to Intercom to solve this.
    Thing is: using two different tools will make it hard to track which email-address responded to the query...especially for NPS this is necessary data :)

    Yes, I agree. However, that feature is not yet possible in the SHARE FORM via email.

    I'm also forwarding this as a feature request to our second level. Please keep in mind that there's no assurance whether this will be implemented. It will highly depend on the viability of the feature, the number of similar requests we get, along with the workload of our Developers.
