I am receiving multiple submissions

    I have been receiving multiple submissions. I have verified with each individual that he/she only submitted the questionnaire once.

    Could you please divert your Thankyou page to an external page and see if the issue persists.

    Please be noted that if a user is filling the form via the mobile browser then it is possible that the user has not closed the browser's tab so when he opens the browser next time the unclosed tab gets reloaded and the form is submitted again.

    A way to resolve this is to redirect to an external Thankyou page so that even if he lefts the tab open, the external page would be loaded.
