Form unable to reach submit page-gets stuck in between pages and you can only see header image

    Your help on this would be very much appreciated. It is probably somehow connected to the conditional logic as I was working on two different pathways depending on your yes/no answer.

    Hello! Were you able to resolve this issue on your own? The form is working fine for me (see screencast below).

    Also, I was able to reach the last page with Submit button (screenshot attached for your reference):

    Hi there,


    I tried to turn off conditional logic and then reinstate it again but have made things worse. No Won't complete and Yes will not go beyond page 1.

    Any help would be very appreciated. Thanking you.

    There is a issue on the form, because when you select "Yes" on the first question, the fields, which you should appear are located on page 4.

    I have made some adjustments on the conditions. It seems that it works fine now.
