I am trying to find out more about the features of JotForm like is the esig legal, what is the retention if any on forms. How do you compare to services like docusign or pandadoc.

    Hello Shaun,

Thank you for contacting our support team.

Yes, JotForm forms that contain e-signature fields are legally binding. We have an in-house e-signature field and a few third-party e-signature widgets to turn your forms into real legal contracts. For more information on JotForm and our E-signature features, you can use the following blog link https://www.jotform.com/blog/e-signatures/.

Also, all of your forms and form data will be stored right within your JotForm account and it will all be available for download at your convenience. We also have a plethora of third-party integrations that allow you to keep better track of your form submissions, appointments, records, and much more.

I do suggest that you create a Free Account and play around with the Form Builder to get a feel for our platform. Here are a couple of very helpful user guides to help you with using JotForm.
