Hide and show condition not working

I built my JotForm, made some elements hidden, and started adding conditions.  However, when preview my form, I keep getting visible fields that I have made invisible.  In fact, I am getting fields visible that I have both hidden AND have chosen to hide with certain conditions and they are still appearing.  Is there any way to fix this?  Is there something I am overlooking?

This hides the fields only if the value of the "Do you live, work, or go to school in Cass County, Missouri?" is equal to NO.

Now, when you load the form, there is no option selected from the said field. It is neither a YES, nor a NO. That is the reason why the fields are still visible, unless the user selected NO:

What I can suggest is instead of using the value NO, please make it YES. Then use 'SHOW MULTIPLE'. So the fields will only be shown if the value selected is YES.
