How do I make sure offline forms stay available?

We are using the forms to gather information when drivers are out doing deliveries and they do not have internet connection on the road. I see that some of the forms save and the others do not. Not sure what the differences are

I figured out it was one of the widgets I had on the form, maybe requesting the date and time on an offline form is not possible.
