    We are trying to upgrade and your site won't take us to where we need to be. It keeps saying that it is unable to handle our request. error http 500

    Hello Andrea - We apologize for the inconvenience. There was a temporary issue and we've received an update from our developers that the issue has just been fixed.

    Also, I just checked that your account has been suspended as this form:Gift Certificates contains plain text fields that collect Credit Card information. It is considered as phishing and violates our Terms of Use.


    You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    You can use one of the Payment Integrations available with Jotform if you are to collect payments using your forms. Transactions with these integrations are secured instead of using plain text fields.

    We can reactivate the account but we need to delete the infringing fields from your form. You must also agree with our Terms of Use.
