Hello! I believe that you are referring to email notifications. As you are receiving notification emails from JotForm on your other email accounts, this means that JotForm is successfully sending these notification emails from its end.

If you see sent email status as 'SENT' in your email logs for these emails sent to your GMail address, then there is little we can do to help in this situation as the problem is not at our end.

We usually recommend these practices in case a user is facing problems receiving emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains

There could be sometimes email rules setup which might be stopping emails to be received from some senders. Please check that you don't have any such rules implemented using this guide: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6579?hl=en

Lastly, you can setup your own GMail SMTP for sending out your JotForm email alerts and this should most probably solve your problem.
