Can I take a form and duplicate it so that I can add information to one form while still keeping the orgiginal?  I would like one form to be an extended version of the other but do not want to write out the entire form again just to make it.

    Hi,

Yes this is pretty much doable with Jotform. Just follow the instructions I have provided below:

    1.  Go to My Forms

    2.  Click New Form

    3.  Choose Import Form > Clone an existing form

    4.  Select the form that you want duplicated, then click Next.

Hope this post answers your question. Let us know if there's anything else.
