I updated our JotForm Employment Application and: the pages added are all at the beginning of the preview form, the added fields are the first fields on the form, the form has been ruined. Everything is out of order unless the PDF is downlaoded in PDF viewer for editting. Please help. We have been working on this for days now.

Hi,
It seems that you have posted a similar query on this ticket: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2409895
Can you perhaps try to revert the changes made on your form through the Revision History tool: How-to-View-Form-Revision-History. As all the changes made on the form are automatically saved, you can view and revert the form's previous version before all the changes made or when it was still showing the correct arrangement of the fields.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I want the form to pull how it is in PDF Editor. Why is it not pulling correctly?

Just to verify, are you referring to the PDF fillable version of your form or to the PDF document for the submissions?
You mentioned on your other ticket that "I updated our Employee Application and now all of the pages are out of order when sending as a link to be completed.
I made the changes under "Edit as PDF Form" PDF Editor. It all looks okay there but not when submitting or viewing as an online form."
I have checked your form and when I tried to check the PDF document it prompts me to update your PDF form:
I think that the changes are not yet applied on the PDF document, however, you can manually add the fields on it, the newly added fields are under the Form Fields tab:
Can you perhaps show us which fields are not showing correctly? Also, I can see that there were errors in the conditions on your form, can you also try to verify those conditions, let's see if it will make a difference. If the issue persists you can try to generate a new PDF document to sync all the changes made on the form through the New Tab on the PDF Editor:
Let us know how it goes.

Greetings,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
I've checked your PDF form, and everything looks fine on my end. May we know which fields are not displaying correctly. Also, as mentioned by my colleague, please make sure to proceed when asked to update to apply the changes or manually add the fields.
It would be great if you can share a screenshot of how it should look like and what it looks like when you preview it.

Also, please try to clear your browser's cache and see if that would fix the issue you're getting. I have clear your form's cache too as a precaution.
Let us know how it goes.

This is missing on all PDF forms where the online form has a signature.

Hello, @mhshomehealth
As I understand you are working on a Fillable PDF Form and some signature fields are missing.
Have you tried manually appending the signature fields?
You can add them proceeding as follows:
I hope that was helpful. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

mhshomehealthReplied on June 26, 2020 at 8:28 PMIt’s already on the online form. I don’t want to duplicate anything. Please advise. I created the document through the online view.

I have answered your query regarding the signature field on a separate ticket with ticket link below:
