Why was my account suspended?

My account has been suspended but not sure as to why. Please advise ASAP! Thanks. 

I can see your account with username glaciercryptoclub is currently active, may you please confirm if this is the account you're referring to? 

If so, kindly provide us the username so we can check this further on our end.
