Entering maximum and minimum order quantities

I would like to be able to enter a maximum quantity of 9 in the top row of my product details on my purchase order form without it applying to the second row.

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly. If you want to apply a maximum quantity for a single product, you can enter its settings and define a quantity range as shown below:

Hi Thanks for the reply, however, as you can see from the screenshot there are two options for one product i.e.the product at the top highlighted in yellow needs a maximum of 9.

Which screenshot are you referring to? You would need to access this ticket if you want to send us screenshots. Please refer to the below guide:

Note that we do not have an inventory feature in our payment integration if that's what you mean by 'maximum'.
