Submission payment does not appear in Stripe

    I created a form and connected it to Stripe. My client completed the form and paid. But, the money never went into my Stripe account.

    We apologize for inconvenience. Because you did not mention the URL link of which of your form have the issue, I can only assume for now it was the form Deposit Stripe Payment Form. I checked on the form and I noted that Stripe payment integration was configured correctly on the form.

    I also found there is one existing submission data on the form. Can you confirm that the existing submission was the submission that did not send the payment data to your Stripe account? 

    If the submission payment was successfully completed, the submission payment should reflect in your Stripe account. Please check the existing submission data on the form.

    The payment field fractional Chief Digital Officer services  should have data if the submission payment transaction was completed successfully..
