How does the downgrade works?

    Hello,


    If I downgrade my plan Silver to Bronze, tomorrow, will I still have the Silver plan until the end of this month? I want to downgrade to Bronze, starting July and do not want to pay for an extra month.

    Unfortunately, no. The downgrade will be immediately, this means that if you downgrade to bronze today, your account will be changed to bronze immediately. 

    I'm afraid that there is no way to schedule a downgrade to a lower plan, unless that you downgrade to free, when you downgrade to free your account remains on paid status due to the period you paid.

    Thank for your reply. My next billing date is July 1st. I would actually like to downgrade to the free 'starter' plan. If I downgrade today, would I be on the 'silver' until the end of June and would my features and bill payment be reflected starting July 1st?

    You may cancel at periods end in which your subscription will not renew on the next billing date.

    Once your subscription period ends, you will be downgraded back to free which would be on July 1st.
