    Why are forms not getting to us

    We have used your service very sucessfully for a number of years now and recommended it to many other people.  For the first time ever at the weekend we experienced a problem that once the submit button was pressed the form did not come to us.  The client tried this 4 times and we have not received any of them.  Please could you help us with this matter.

    Hi,

    Have you checked your Spam/Junk/Bulk Mail folders for the missing emails? I scanned over our mail server logs for information on emails sent to your address and I got the following:

    May 2 18:53:40 monk sm-mta[28628]: p42Mrb1A028626: to=<Email not shown for privacy>, ctladdr=<jotform@monk.interlogy.com> (1002/1003), delay=00:00:03, xdelay=00:00:02, mailer=esmtp, pri=124950, relay=floridavilladays.com. [74.220.207.137], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (OK id=1QH1zn-0001zo-Pn)

    This means that email messages are being sent successfully from us to your mail service provider. To isolate the cause of this problem, I also tested your form - added my email address to the recipients list and did a test submission and I was able to receive those submissions. Refer to the screenshots I have below.
