Why are questions I've created not coming up when they are submitted back?

I've put a consent form into our forms and patients are filling them out but they're not showing up when they are submitted back? Why is that? 

They're not showing up when they are submitted back? — To clarify, are they now showing in your Submissions page, Inbox page, Email notification, PDF document or editor? Would you mind sending us a screenshot so we can see?

They're not showing up in the PDF download.

The form in question is all of our forms. Our covid consent section is not showing when we download the PDF after subsmission.

Did you add the Covid Consent section recently or after creating the PDF document? Usually, when the PDF editor is opened for the form, it prompts to update the document with the new fields which will be added to the end of the document. You may also manually add the form fields to the PDF document from the PDF editor.

Alternatively, you may also try creating a new PDF document from the PDF editor.
