Notification email is not displaying the correct order of fields

Jotform is great and we love it but I have two questions to issues I cannot resolve.

I have an existing form that is published and works great. I went to add two new widgets in the body of the form and republished the form. To the front end user the new questions appear fine exactly where I have placed them, but when the form arrives in our inbox as an email, the answers to those new questions appear at the foot of the email and not under the Section Headers. Any thoughts please?

The second point is when we go into submissions and choose the pdf version, which looks so professional, we are seeing some squashing of the text making it very hard for someone to actually read it. An example is attached.
