    Fields lose their value

    I answered each question.  When I press submit, all my answers are lost.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. As I've check your form, I was able to replicate the issue. Have you tried already re-embedding your form code into your website using iFrame method? If not, can you please give a try to see if that fixed the issue or not?

    I cannot use Iframes. If you go to the web page you will see the links open in modal windows.  Modal Windows do not work in IFrames.

    I tested the standalone form and the exact same problem is still there:

    So, changing to iframe would NOT have fixed your problem. I warned pinoytech about not providing blind answers. 

    The problem is happening because of conditions. I debugged the conditions on a cloned form and tried to find the exact reason reason, but I couldn't. A conflict in conditions is causing this problem. When I delete all conditions it problem stops happening.

    Do you remember exactly which conditions you recently added before this problem started happening? You can delete those conditions and see if that fixes the problem. If there is a bug with conditions we can fix it but we need to first find out what kind of condition conflict causes this.

    Thanks for heading me in the correct direction.  I removed the condiotions for the double e-mail and the problem went away.  I added the double e-mail back in and the conditions now work.  So, it had something to do with the double email field.
