Hello, We only use jotform for a few months of the year. Is it possible to down grade to free in the months we don't use the program? What will we loose if anything in the process? Will it change our active forms in any way, outside of not being able to accept submissions?

    Thanks for any info,

    Hello,

Yes, you can downgrade your account to Free at anytime. Just ensure the limits of the Free plan are not getting breached.

In your account, currently there are over 40 forms and a total submission storage of over 3900 submissions.

For Free accounts, only 5 active forms are allowed and a total submission storage of 500 is allowed. So If you are planning to downgrade to Free, keep 5 forms active and disable or archive the rest.

Also, when you downgrade to Free, total submission storage above 500 gets truncated/temporarily deleted (which can be restored once you upgrade again).

So you could consider downloading the submissions: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
