I have not been getting several of my customer requests via Jotform and I have just come to realize that my email notifications are not being sent and my email is blocked. Why is this?

We really apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. Recently, Amazon made some changes about the bounces API which ending up hundreds of email addresses in our bounce list and your email is one of them. This is issue now fixed by our dev team and I've remove also the said email of yours in our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
