notifications not being sent

    Hi: We are not receiving notification emails when someone fills out our form. They receive a confirmation, but we don't get our copy. We tried creating a new notification, but it still isn't working. We are receiving other email, so it isn't a problem with our emaiil (and we checked our spam folder - nothing there). Any help you can offer would be appreciated.

    We really apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. Recently, Amazon made some changes about the bounces API which ending up hundreds of email addresses in our bounce list and your email address is one of them. This issue is now fixed by our dev team and I've remove also the said email address of yours in our bounce list and it should be working fine now.
