Size of File

Can you give me some feedback on what other companies are doing to store their files? We began our health screens on 5/11/20 and are up to 5000+ surveys. What so you suggest that we do for ease of reporting and researching through the file?

Some users actually store their files on other 3rd party servers like Dropbox, Google Drive, or even your own dedicated server if you have an enterprise plan.
