USING CONDITIONS

When using conditions, does the order they appear in the list affect the forms functions?

Also why is it when conditions are configured using the Conditions tab and I i am in the Build mode, the section will have the indicator that a condition is set however, clicking on the condition icon displays no conditions have been configured and it can not be edited/created from with in the build screen?

Why are the submit buttons (Greyed Out) not available when trying to set conditions?  this would be much more convenient for submitting  rather than having to set so many more conditions/change email recipients.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

    1. No, the order is not affecting the conditions just the rules that you set.

    2. When the field is not the ignition of the condition the build mode it is just going to show the icon as an indicator of being affected by a condition.

    3. Could you please provide us more information, for example, a field or condition that is causing the submit button to be greyout, guide: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum.

    Thank you for the response.
To clarify the Graying out of the submit buttons,
When in the Conditions Tab, when setting the IF and it ask you to “Please select a Field” SUBMIT is grayed out. I originally had three submit buttons and all three were grayed out. I have since reduced it to only one and attempting to utilize a single option box and have the submit button to send based off of the selected option.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your message.

In this case, the "Submit" button is not available on the first option "IF" because the Submit button doesn't have an action that affects the form.

You can use the If option to trigger the submit, for example, to show or hide the button base on another field.
