Purchase Order

I just created a purchase order form and I have (1) submission, but I do not have the order details???

I checked your form. Your "My Selections" field is not "Required". So, it is possible for the respondents to submit the form even without this field.

I would recommend you to make this field "Required". You can do this from the settings of the field.

Please make the field "Required" and then test again and let us know, if the issue still persists.
