Suspended: How to reactivate my account

    Hello, 

    I am the Regional Office Manager for Gibson Electrical. 

    I created an application form for our website, https://gibsonelectricalllc.com/, for interested applicants to apply for our job listings. 

    I was just informed by an applicant that our form was not on our website. 

    When I logged into my jotform account, i was met with a suspended account page and told to contact customer service. 

    Could you please tell me why our account was suspended, and can the account be reactivated?
