How to embed a form on B12 website builder?

I did what it said: "Paste the code into your web page where you would like to display it, usually somewhere in the body of the page." So I placed the code in one section. Nothing happened. I then placed it in the code section. Still nothing!

Nothing is showing up! What do I do???

    Hi,

    We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can you provide us with the URL or link where the form is located to further assist you? Also, have you tried to embed the form using the iFrame code? We usually advise users to use the iframe code in embedding the form on a third-party website, this is to prevent conflicts on other codes since the codes are called inside an iFrame.

    For reference: How-to-Get-the-iFrame-Code

Can you also provide us with a screenshot of where in the B12 website builder you are trying to embed the codes? Please follow this guide in uploading your screenshot as we are unable to view images attached to emails: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Thank you. Looking forward to your response.

I have made additional research on how to integrate a third-party application on B12, please refer to this guide: https://support.b12.io/en/articles/1658662-how-to-add-an-integration-or-html-code

Then you can try to embed the iFrame codes on your form and paste it on the HTML section as shown on their guide:

Please try it and let us know how it goes.

I am sooooo confused. This is the link to the page in B12 that I am currently working on: https://b12.io/client/YzkBom3k/site_builder/

And this is the link to the staging site that is not yet up: https://resumeproducts-1-staging.b12sites.com/place-your-order

I really need someone to do this for me. Please help this morning.

Greetings and thank you for your reply.

I have tested the B12 application, and I was able to successfully add the JotForm. You first need to copy the iFrame code:

Then you need to add a section from B12:

You need to choose Add Integration from the provided list:

You need to paste previously copied code here and select Submit:

You should see a new HTML section from the left navigation:

Thank you!!! Your instructions were very clear and I got it added to my page!

But here's a question: with the previous instructions, no where did I see anything about hooking it up to MY PayPal. So I don't even know if it would go to MY account. How do I check that before I hit PUBLISH?
