Getting a whoops message? Page is moved or unavailable?

I created a hyperlink with the link to my registration form. 

However when you click through on my newsletter, It takes you to a Whoops page, saying that my form is not available or been moved. However if I copy and past my link, it takes me to the form just fine.

Apologies for the inconvenience, I am able to access the direct form link as well, I'm curious on what is the hyperlink on the newsletter? Perhaps it's a typographical error.

Can you send us a screenshot of the newsletter as well as the link of the newsletter so we can check?
