I really need help understanding how to see the respondent information on an encrypted form. How do I decrypt it? It's not giving me the option when I look at the form responses. Do you offer any help over the phone? Would really appreciate it.

    Thank you!

    Hi Rachel

Unfortunately, we do not have phone support available, but you are more than welcome to make any question on this support system and we will be happy to assist you.

Concerning the encrypted forms, you will have to use your key to decrypt submissions. When you choose to encrypt a form in the form settings, you are asked to create a private/public key or to use yours, in case you already own one.

Then, when you try to open an encrypted submission, you will have to go through the process explained here:

Please let us know if you have tried to go through this and where you are stuck.
